Shipping & Returns


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.     


Shipping Disclaimer

All orders are shipped FOB from the factory or warehouse, after which Portable Solar Shop is no longer responsible for the merchandise. Portable Solar Shop will not be held liable or responsible for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery as a result of shipper negligence, inclement weather and/or acts of God. Should any shipping issues arise, we will do our best to work with the customer and the shipper to resolve any problems and/or claims. Portable Solar Shop will also extend to the customer any and all guarantees or warrantees made to us by the shipping company. Shipping insurance may be purchased from UPS and FedEx at additional cost to the customer.

Internet Fraud

Due to the growing concern of Internet fraud, Portable Solar Shop will not do business nor will it ship to countries in Eastern Europe, Africa (excluding Egypt and South Africa), Lebanon, and Pakistan. Portable Solar Shop has the right to refuse business from any country and/or buyer for any reason.

If you do not find our products to be FREE OF DEFECTS IN quality and workmanship, simply notify us within 60-days of your purchase and we will promptly process your order for a full refund*.

* Portable Solar Shop offers full refunds on orders that have met all the requirements per our Returns and Claims policy. Orders that have been placed without having first reviewed a product sample, spec-sample, and/or pre-production sample are not eligible for a full refund. Returns & Claims Policy

You may return most
new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Questions on product return:

I’ve changed my mind, what can I do?
As long as the product is in the original packaging, and in the condition you received it, we will accept your return. Do note that all refunds are for the cost of the product only and do not include the shipping cost.

The product is damaged or not working. What do I do?
Sometimes the product you receive may have been damaged in transit or is not working. Again, with our 14 day No Hassle Guarantee, we pay for the postage of the broken item back to us so that we can fix it. If we can't, we'll send you a brand new one.

The product isn't the same as what was shown on the website. What do I do?
In rare circumstances, product descriptions may be slightly inaccurate due to new models being released or features being added or removed. If you receive a product from us that is not as described on the website, we will gladly accept your return. We pay for postage of the product back to us and can offer you a full refund or store credit. Your choice.

I want to cancel my order. Can I?
As long as the product has not been sent for picking and packing in the warehouse you can cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the item has left our warehouse please wait for the item to arrive before organising a return.
