When you buy any item from our online store a portion of the proceeds will go to charity. At the end of every year, we will donate the money earned to charities that help make the world a better place.

Why are we doing this?

A company with a sense of empathy - It’s what Portable Solar Shop strives to be. While Portable Solar Shop strives to make a profit just as any other business, we have not lost touch with the people most important to this business – You. As people, we find it difficult to completely ignore the people, communities and environment who need our help.  Portable Solar Shop feels so strongly about this that we decided to make philanthropy a part of our business model. We know we can only do so much; this is why we’ve decided to donate a portion of the proceeds from our online store to charities that actually impact and make this world a better place.

How can we do this?

We are by no means rich, but we feel the need to contribute because of the failing economy less and less people are donating to charities. Just a little can make a big difference.

We give with every sale!

Portable Solar Shop will gives up to 10% of our proceeds to charity.  We will do our best to change charities often; and, we go out of our way to find out what charity our customers want us to donate to.  After all, it is our customers that are doing the donating.
